About Michael P. Wallach

Michael P. Wallach originally joined our firm in 2021 and was made a senior associate in 2025. Mr. Wallach was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida, graduating from Sarasota High School in 2005. During high school, Mr. Wallach was a nationally-recognized Speech and Debate competitor. Prior to returning to Sarasota, Mr. Wallach attended Florida State University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science, with a minor in Communication. During his time at Florida State, Mr. Wallach worked for Governor Charlie Crist in his Legislative Affairs office. Upon graduation, Mr. Wallach attended Florida A&M College of Law in Orlando, Florida. Mr. Wallach was a co-founder of the Florida A&M College of Law Jewish Legal Society along with being a Research Assistant and Teaching Assistant. Mr. Wallach also had the opportunity to intern with the Florida Office of the Attorney General in their Consumer Protection Division. In his final year of law school, Mr. Wallach participated in the Housing Clinic at Florida A&M, assisting clients facing residential foreclosure and landlord/tenant issues. Mr. Wallach has a passion for helping others and his dedication to public and community service provides his motivation for assisting clients with their legal matters. Mr. Wallach is a member of the Florida Bar and admitted to practice in all state courts in Florida as well as the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
