As a long-time resident of Venice, Florida, Michael W. Cochran has been practicing law since November 2002. Mr. Cochran holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from The Ohio State University, a Masters of Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Juris Doctor from The Cleveland Marshall College of Law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Cochran served in the United States Air Force as an Acquisition Policy Officer primarily with the F-22 System Program Office. Mr. Cochran is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and The United States Tax Court. Mr. Cochran joined our firm in March 2015. Since that time, he has successfully represented over 100 Condominium Associations, Homeowners Associations, and Cooperatives in a multitude of capactities. Prior to joining our firm Mr. Cochran's practice was concentrated in matters involving commercial litigation, real estate disputes, and construction matters.
