Paul E. Olah, Jr. is Board Certified in Construction Law by the Florida Bar and has received an AV Preeminent® rating in construction law, litigation and real estate by Martindale-Hubbell®, the highest level of peer review ratings. A graduate of Purdue University and the University of Toledo College of Law, Mr. Olah is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Atlanta and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit in Boston. A former Assistant State Attorney prosecuting cases on behalf of the State of Florida in Sarasota, Mr. Olah has spent the past fifteen years representing clients in civil litigation, commercial litigation, and construction law matters throughout the State of Florida and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Recognized by the Gulf Coast Business Review as a Top 40 Under 40 in 2007, Mr. Olah is a Fellow of the Florida Bar Foundation and has served as a Manatee County Florida Code Enforcement Special Magistrate since being appointed in 2011. Mr. Olah also serves on the Homeowner Education Committee of Community Associations Institute (CAI), West Florida Chapter.
