About Thomas A. Marino II
Thomas A. Marino II has represented both plaintiffs and defendants from both the public and private sectors, including matters involving real estate litigation, foreclosure litigation, collections, and appellate advocacy. Mr. Marino has also previously served as Judicial Attorney/Magistrate for the court. A graduate of the University of Akron and University of Toledo College of Law, Mr. Marino is admitted to practice before all state courts in Florida, the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, all state courts in Ohio, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. Marino is a member of the Florida Bar, Sarasota County Bar County Bar Association, Ohio Bar, and has a track record of volunteering in and educating his community. Mr. Marino additionally has a Master of Public Administration, where he received a professional, post-graduate education on preparing individuals to serve as managers and other decision-makers in public and nonprofit organizations. Mr. Marino brings this wealth of experience, education, and perspective to our firm, where he joined in 2021.
